How the connection handles information.

Effective September 5, 2026. This policy covers the SoGal owner's personal agent connection and this informational website.

Information accessed and used

The connection uses YouTube API Services. It accesses the authorized channel's identity, content and analytics as needed for owner-requested operations. It also receives Google OAuth permissions and authentication tokens. Initial connection checks read the channel identity, granted permissions, and aggregate analytics.

Storage and service providers

OAuth credentials and the refresh token are stored in the owner's personal Doppler secret store. Access tokens are used in memory for Google API calls. The connection helper does not maintain a video or analytics database. Local verification records can contain channel identity and check results.

Google processes authorization and YouTube requests. Doppler stores credentials. The owner's Codex assistant may process API results used in assisted operations and retain those results in conversation history according to the owner's account settings. Credentials are not intentionally included in those conversations or this website.

Limits on use

Google user data is used to provide the owner's requested channel management and analysis. It is not sold or used for advertising. SoGal YouTube Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and removing access

Credentials remain in Doppler until the owner removes or replaces them. The owner can revoke access in Google Account settings, remove the YouTube connection secrets from Doppler, and delete local records and assistant conversations through their respective controls. Revoking authorization stops further authorized API access; it does not delete content already on YouTube.

This website

This static website has no sign-in, forms, advertising, or added analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts it and may process network request information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Contact the channel owner through the contact options on the SoGal channel. This policy will be updated when the connection's data practices change.
